Dosics 3.1 downstream power level sudden drop

Hiya 

For the last 2 weeks my D3.1 downstream power levels have dropped like a stone, Dosic 3.0 are steady is this anything to be concerned about or does it need an engineer visit. 

I'm loosing packet data on Dosics 3.1 which I've never had in the last 18 months so it seems something isn't right
