Can you please take a look at the line again? Pretty unstable with low upload speeds (2.0 Mbps instead of 21Mbps)!!!!

First off I think the level of service from this meant to be premium service is disgusting. In this time when people are stranded without data and virgin seems to have 0 actual employees working remotely (for a broadband company). Sweetleaf I dont not sympathise with your situation but please can someone help on on https://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Speed/slow-upload-speed/m-p/4187673. Nevermind not being able to download anything or watch movies neither my partner and I are able to do our jobs and work from home with this awful upload speeds we are getting and no body to talk to. Please help this is a violation of our legal agreement with virgin they are abandoning their customers in their time of need. If there is a network wide issue just tell us so we know what's happening or help please!!!!!!

Hey @Robert_P,

Basically I wanna talk about compensating me since there is no way I am gonna pay full price for a service I don't get for months! Virgin is actually breaching the contract by not providing the service promised. I have provided evidence and Virgin has confirmed the repeated outages that prevent my broadband being reliable and consistent. Actually the only consistent thing about my line is that is it crappy!
