Constant problems with using Teams and constant dropouts

Don't think my power signal is higher enough as suppose to be near zero, hence why I get lots of issues with losing wifi dropping out and issues with Teams meetings. Not good enough imo. Do I need an Engineer visit to resolve?

Downstream range is -6 to +10 so you will need this fixed.
