Hi new to the forum, but long suffering VM user
I have had packet loss issues for months, but day-to-day it’s ok. The kids complain about gaming dropping, but recently I’ve been working from home more and noticed video calls are really unstable, so I need it resolving.

Have tried standard troubleshooting, with no success. Would appreciate advice on how to improve or escalate?
We’re on M125 using a Hub3 in Modem Mode.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your broadband connection, I have looked into this from here and cannot see anything that would be causing the issues you're having, have you rebooted your hub since the issues started? If not, please could you try to do that and let me know if that improves the connection at all.
