If you're hoping the leopard has changed its spots, the answer is an emphatic "no". It isn't widespread, but it's around, along with the same behaviours of promising to fix it in a few weeks, then another few weeks, then another few weeks, and so forth. And in some cases it is still taking months before the company admit to a blatant over-utilisation problem.
