Connection

I’ve just got the broadband installed today, it was working fine for 3 hours but then my video call and connection was lost, after doing a couple of speed tests the upload speed is 0. I can’t connect to anything on my phone or pc using the wifi, I’ve restarted the modem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your broadband. I'm happy to take a look in to things but I've been unable to locate your account via your forum credentials. I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.
