Connection Issues (still)

Have had ongoing issues for some time - mostly on the upstream - but more recently doing anything more than web browsing seems to tank the connection. I'm on a 1 gig connection with a hub 4 in modem mode. Stats below including BQM. Previously this was due to over-provisioning in the area so suspect that's still the case.

I know VM won't do anything to fix this (I've tried so many times) but thought I'd double check that the stats themselves don't look totally out of the ordinary. All tests and most devices are wired.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're experiencing some problems with your connection recently. I've checked over things on our systems and I'm unable to detect any faults currently. How are things for you today? Any better?
