Connection Drops and Poor 1gb Speeds

Hi guys, Ive just recently moved to VM 1gb, I Stream to twitch and over the last few weeks i have been getting random drop outs around 1.30 most morning. Now im getting drop outs most of the time. 7 times last night when streaming!! I cant speak to any on the phone as it keeps asking me to do a test. Im also struggling to get close to 1gb, average speed tests have been around 900 dropping to around 700mb.
Is there someone that can resolve my issues?
