qsvm123
Tuning in

Hey,

I have Gig1 up and running had a few drop outs and the speed is around 200mb on a bad day and around 600mb on a good day.

I would be grateful if someone could review the info? Please also let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks so much, really appreciate it!!

Hi qsvm123,

Welcome to the Community Forums! Thank you for your first post.

I'm sorry to hear you've not been receiving your expected speeds and have been experiencing connection drops. I can appreciate this must be getting quite frustrating.

I've been able to locate your account and can see that there are some signal issues which will require an engineer's visit to put right. I'm going to pop you over a PM now so I can arrange this with you.

Please find my message from the purple envelope 🙂

Thanks I dropped you a PM. Out of interest what is wrong with the line from the text you see? Just curious. Thanks so much

Hi qsvm123

Thanks for your PM, that appointment has now been booked in for you as discussed. Please note that there will be no charge for this appointment 🙂

In regards to your query about the switch from FTTC to FTTP, this isn't something which we can arrange upon request I'm afraid. However we are looking to move all of our customers across to FTTP by 2028. More information can be found here

Let us know how the visit goes!
