Broadband spread

We were recently upgraded to 136mbs from 100mbs but a number of areas of house that we got good signal we now don’t. 
We get the 136mbs but in a much narrower vertical funnel. 
How can we revert to better spread of signal. The extra speed is virtually irrelevant but the lack of broadband now in some rooms is a real problem

Hello

As I have said before not a speed issue it was is coverage and instability issue straight after the upgrade. So rooms that previously worked at a reasonable speed just disconnected constantly. Rooms that were always strong achieved the upgraded speeds and no disconnection issues. 
An engineer is visiting next week and as it happens the instability issue in the weaker rooms has improved a lot which is strange as nothing was changed in the house so I assume something changed with the signal.
