Just had a email from virgin to reboot my router to get faster speeds done this but speed just the same.

What should it have gone from to ?

Test the speeds on an ethernet cable connected device see what that gets

Test at speedtest.net - on two different browsers - not on any App

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I'm so sorry to hear that you have not been able to notice any difference in your speeds since rebooting. 

 

Can I just confirm did you perform a reboot by pushing a pen into the reset hole at the back of the Hub and holding in for 20 seconds? 

 

Are you also able to perform an ethernet speed test per @jbrennand's advise?
