Broadband speed

I paying for up 200 all I'm getting is 56 last week I was getting about 105 it's dropped so much

How are you connecting wired or wirelessly?

If wireless, try wired directly to the hub with a Cat 5e cable or better with a device equiped with a gigabit ethernet network card.

I would test the wired speed in the morning and again during evening peak to check for contention issues.

I posted a question about my internet speed in march it's now coming to the end of June the best speed early morning is105 by 2 pm it's down to 12.84 I'm paying for up to 200 I hope to get a reduced bill till it's sorted out thanks

Thanks for getting back in touch.

 

Apologies you are still having an issue with your broadband speeds.

 

I've taken a look at the high peak time traffic fault (F005008099) and our engineers are still working on this to improve bandwidth with a review date of 6th December.
