Hi, Anyone have any suggestions for what to do; my internet in London is being super slow. 5-15MB download, 0.08-1.5MB upload. Tried everything Virgin recommended, and their diagnostics says it's fine. Any help from experts welcome. Thanks

Those are retro speeds.
Check for local issues on 0800 561 0061 and ensure that all cables and connections are tight and secure and not kinked or damaged.
If still an issue we can look at your hub stats.

Hi, thanks for the reply. All cables seem to be connected properly, and not kinked. The number said no issues locally.
What do you recommend with the hub please? Feeling increasingly like I'll need a VM callout at this rate; work is impossible!

Use your browser to navigate to 192.168.0.1 (Modem Mode users will need to go to 192.168.100.1)
Superhub and Superhub 2/AC will find “Router Status” in the right hand corner. Click this to access your hub stats. Hub 3 users will find “Check Router Status” below the log in screen to access this information.
Copy and paste your Downstream, Upstream and Network log into your post and we’ll have a look.

Hi, I can't see the option to check status. I've run diagnostics, and it came up with this. Also I've included a screenshot of my options - unsure what I need to navigate to. Thanks
