I am sorry you are having problems, apart from the area peak time traffic issue the connection is looking good. The hub levels are all nicely in spec and it is reporting being online for the last 5 days, no area noise problems. Is it more stable since you posted? Please bring us up to date.
I have taken another look at your connection and can find no obvious issues that would cause disconnections. The fault you refer to, F005880471, may cause reduced speeds during peak times, but the Internet usage levels are not that high to be honest. I cannot see how this would relate to dropped connections.
If this is ongoing and is affecting wired devices as well as wireless, please let me know. I think I'll be inclined to book an engineer appointment for you.
I don't know if that's the case or not but I suspected a faulty Superhub as being the potential issue. The tech did say he's seen problems with white ones specifically before though - maybe there was just an early batch that had an issue or something?
Who knows, I'll see how it goes and report back if I run into the same problems again.
