Hi all I have m600 and it was running fine but in the last hour my speed has dropped to 95mbps I've reset the hub checked the connections then restarted it again does anyone have any ideas to fix the issue

Check the ethernet device properties in the device you are using, to see if it's connected at 1Gbps and not 100Mbps.

Thanks for posting. Apologies for the slow speeds.
Running some checks, everything is fine on our systems, no issues or outages, all the levels in spec. Can we just confirm;
Is the Hub at least 1 metre away from any other electrical devices?
• Out in the open
• Next to the TV not behind it
• Away from large bodies of water (e.g. fish tanks)
• Away from baby monitors and cordless phones
• Away from microwaves
Think of the Hub as a radio, and WiFi as the sound - the further away you are from the radio, or the more obstacles that are in the way (walls, electronic devices etc.), the quieter the radio & the poorer the WiFi.
