Broadband dropped from 200mb to 30mb

The last few weeks I've noticed a drop in internet speeds at home from 210mb to around 30/40mb and sunday evenings its quite common now to have intermitent internet.

Nearly everything is hard wired from the hub3 via cat6 cables except for phones ive got some data from the router if someone can assist.

There's a lot of noise on some of the download channels.

Check that the coax feed to the Hub is tight. If that doesn't help, phone for support.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. All connections have been checked both at the wall and at the hub but still the speeds are low.
