Broadband disconnecting, not usable

Been having a problem for the past few days.

I have noticed that the broadband seems to disconnect every hour and having great trouble linking to some websites.

run an internet monitor from a website and it is showing that there is an outage roughly every 45 minutes.

Checked the Network log on my hub 3 and that seems to be full of errors for the last two days as follows. Hope that someone can fathom this out, driving me mad.

BTW based in Swansea

I first reported this over 2 years ago, with the connection dropping and was told that there is nothing wrong with the broadband

Re: Broadband disconnecting, not usable

Hi Jackboyo,

Is the connection wired or wireless and the disconnection problems/site access happening across more than device?

Checking your connection I can see that your upstream power levels are borderline high and this could be a factor, though doesn't really explain why some web sites and not others would be accessible.

Kind rgds
