Broadband connection falls every night between 11:25 pm and midnight

Hello,

I have been observing this issue for a long time (almost 6 months now). My internet connection drops to nothing at night between 11: 25 and midnight. I have to disconnect and connect to the wireless router every 3 to 4 mins in this time. And this happens on all my devices.

Does it happen on devices wired directly to the Hub, you will need to test this to determine if it is a VM local circuit issue or a wireless issue

Yes it happens even when it is wired. My TV wired broadband stops working

Odd, this is something I would suspect from a wireless connection, wired less so.

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.0.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.

There is not a lot amiss in the stats, there are quite a few T3 errors in the tally counters but only a couple in the logs. This could be a historical build up in the counters and rebooting the Hub will clear them so you can keep an eye on them.

I would start a Broadband Quality Monitor to get a more detailed picture on what is happening with the local circuit.

It will be worth checking the TV for any enabled power saving settings and any scheduled updates
