Broadband & TV outage IG2 area 22

Hi, 

Can anyone help me? I am fed up of Virgin Media phone operators reading from a script.

My broadband and TV has been off for 6 days, was advised this will be back up today. I call back for an update and find out that it will be another 7 days for the engineers to resolve the issue.

Ironically, the mobile app, the website indicates everything is working normally. 

To top this off, I keep being told the service is intermittent. No its not.

Compensation is not the answer to the service outage.

Any update would be appreciated.
