Hi.
I have been trying to get in touch with VM regarding a connection upgrade, but I keep getting referred back to the text service they have. When I make an enquiry there, VM say they are busy. This has been going on for the past 4 days now. Can someone get in touch with me?

Welcome back to the community!
We wouldn't be able to process an upgrade per say from here.
We'd have to advise our contact options via 0345 454 1111/free with 150 from a VM landline or of course the text service you have used via 0753 305 1809.
You've stated that you keep getting referred back to the text service, may I ask what platform is advising that?
