Broadband Speed

Just migrated from BT broadband in order to obtain faster and more reliable broadband.

A week on and reliability appears ok, unfortunately the speeds being reported on my devices are showing c38 mbps when I am signed up to the 100 mbps package.

you need to test the speeds using a wired connection to see if its a wireless problem or a connection problem

Sorry to hear you're not receiving expected speeds. I can see these tests have been performed on a wireless connection. Unfortunately, this isn't always a true reflection of the service being received by the hub. Are you able to run a check on http://speedtest.net via an Ethernet cable so we can see what speeds are coming into the property? This will help us to narrow down the nature of the issue and work towards a resolution.
