Thanks for taking the time to post on the community and apologies you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
I've taken a look at the line/network and I was unable to find any issues that would cause these slow speeds. There are no faults reported and the traffic on the network is running low.
Have you tried a speed test whilst the Super Hub is in modem mode at all?
Did you manage to create the BQM graph by any chance?
