Broadband Speed has slowed

Hello

Over the last week my broadband has slowed down to 20% of its normal 500mb speed and at the same time it also has been cutting out many times a day for 2/3 seconds and then connects back. This happens on ethernet and wifi

I've tired all the recommended things to do and have now become a bit stuck.

Anyone got any ideas? I'm starting to think it might be a bit of faulty hardware some were
