I would like some help since my broadband speed is as low and really slow. I am in area 31 and would welcome some easy to follow tips to help regain some and gain some clarity as to why.
Also On my hub3, I have 2 devices which are labelled "unknown" which appear to be gobbling most of the speed - I have no idea what they are - How do I find out - They have MAC and IP addresses.
All help is appreciated.
Putting their MAC addresses into the MACVendor site will give you the manufacturers of the devices.
I'm also in area 31 and have also recently posted about poor download speeds!
How bad is your download speed currently?. I'm also on vivid 350 and have experienced single figure download speeds within the last week.

Were you able to identify which devices the MAC addresses belonged to?
