Still slow speeds, 6Mbps. VM posted a fault in Area 20 today which has now cleared but my speeds remain slow. Yes my broadband is definitely being throttled by VM but their help line passed me through to their help centre which wants me to test the speed of wi-fi on my cellphone, must be part of their script, difficult to get beyond distraction this unless I spend an hour on the phone.
