Broadband Dropping

In my area on 28th of march some work has been carried out now since last 2 days I have started issue with the internet keeps dropping no internet or speed is dead slow.

 

Now today I have to restart the modem again and then same issue appear after some time.

 

Please anyone know any advise for this.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

WHAT is VM in your message. I will ring the no in morning to check with fault in the area.

Thanks for the response relation to the VM. After restarting a modem does not looks having issue. Will have a look on Monday and then whole week to check if anything goes wrong.
