I don`t know what`s going off with VM lately. The past couple of weeks my speeds have been around 50 to 60 mbps and i`m paying for Vivid 100. I`m not the only one. Go on other forums and there`s quite a few folks suffering with poor speeds. VM are quick enough to raise prices or take the money for your bill. Is there anyone from VM who can give us poor customers a STRAIGHT answer. I`m sure i`m not the only one. If it`s engineering work or system problems. Just tell us and let us know when things will be back to normal.
I think I started on 28k. I also miss that electronic "handshake" sound
