Bridging speed with hub 3

Hi jut updated to the 350m package as ive just set a bridge net work up via antenna line of sight the 

Ubiquiti NSM5 NanoStation M5 airMax Outdoor 5Ghz 16dBi WiFi 4 Point-to-Point PtP Link Kit,  (150Mbps N) but i can not get the speeds over 40m the set up goes from base antenna to the power pack then cat 6 lead 1mtr long to the hub all set up correctly strong signal full bars other end about 1/2 a mile away 2nd antenna all set up in to a netgear hub then (1g hub) then out of that to a tenda wifi kit everything works fine just dont get the speeds even when i go direct to the laptop with out wifi the speeds are still low so any advice please every thing is set up to work on the 5gz and ive turned the antennas down but still no look 😞

(150Mbps N) is very slow, its not capable of fast speeds

I work for Virgin Media and my posts are my own opinions
