Downstream power a little low and tonnes of T3 timeouts on channel 2. Check all cables and connections are tight and in good condition and try a pinhole reset of the hub. Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.

Is this a UK Residential installation ?

Upstream channel modulation is QPSK (16 qam) which is lowest speed due to noise on the service, this would reduce the Upstream performance.

For a 1Gb/s service there are also usually a pair of DOCSIS 3.1 Upstream and Downstream channels.

Might be a hub 5 quirk.

It's even worse. QPSK is equivalent to 4-QAM. It doesn't get much worse than this.

Literally doesn't get any worse without losing lock: DoCSIS doesn't do BPSK.

To force a drop to QPSK you're talking an SNR of 12 dB and it looks like it can't even hold that on the one upstream.

It couldn't be much worse if someone had maliciously plugged a noise generator into the segment.

Hi this is a Residential installation
its the new fiber to the home that virgin are doing now

We have the FTTP/RFoG solution too and the Upstream modulation is supposed to be 64 QAM on all channels.

If the problems persist, call 0800 561 0061 for local errors. ( it is an automated service )

Technically, as long as there is traffic flowing, it can get worse. 🙂
