Back again, Slow 1 Gig wifi. Issue still not sorted
Came off the phone to VM hub 4 specialist team yesterday expecting the issue of the slow broadband to be sorted after the agent insured me they haves sent a booster signal. This signal restarted my router, and that was pretty much it.
The 'realspeed' test on the samknows website shows speed of 1044mbps to router vs 116mbps to computer over wifi when this device is the ONLY device connected over wifi. I also have a PS5 that is connected Via ethernet TP Link powerline and still only able to get 150.2mbps(download) and 25.1mbps(upload). And these results do not change a considerable amount test after test.
I will follow up with the router status and a BQM, would appreciate it someone could decipher it and tell me what is wrong with my broadband so I can raise the issue again to virgin media who seems reluctant to help.

You cannot measure speed over Wi-Fi, it is too unpredictable.
What speeds do you get at >> Sam Knows Real Speed << with a direct connection using a Cat 5E or better ethernet cable between the Hub in Router Mode and a 1Gbs capable Pc/Mac/Chromebook and no other devices connected ?
