Those of you experiencing an issue with packet drops latency and lag please log a formal complaint as they are still denying an issue exists. they are also making no attempt at fixing the issue as they will tell you there is no problem in your area. I have seen several posts on here but not much help. It honestly seems like virgin gives no **bleep** surely the moderators or who ever can see the amount of posts on here alone and see there must be an issue.
Joke is when i made a complaint i was told i would get a call back from management staff i have received no call back.
