Are my power levels a bit low?

Having done a test on my virgin hub 3, does anyone think these readings are signs of a fault? Im sure i read that the power should be between +10 and -6 dbmv and ideally around the +2 area yet mines are dangerously close or bang on the limits in some cases

They are borderline low, do you have an attenuator on your hub?

Re: Are my power levels a bit low?

I guess if it drops to 6.1 you could call up to get a technician.  Your SNR is good so your connection probably will be fine with a slightly low signal

Re: Are my power levels a bit low?

Hi keninho83,

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.

I have taken a look and your upstream power levels are a touch on the high side but nothing that should be causing any issues. The downstream power levels look fine.

How are you finding the connection?

Speak to you soon.

Emma
