Well hopefully I will see some improvements once the 4th of December has been and gone, I will keep this thread updated with hopefully some good news for a change.

Well this is odd I just received a private message from the mod team stating that my current fault F004670584 has now been reported as resolved by the networks team and I should start to notice an improvement in my broadband speeds.

So what was the letter I received last week?

Now if it indeed was fixed surely at 12:21pm on a weekday I should see the full Vivid 350 speeds?

Out of all the different servers I tried on speedtest only one of them seems to give anything anywhere near Vivid 350 and even that is lower than the max attainable which you would think at this time of day I would see using the other servers listed.

Well I suppose I should be grateful because these are the best speeds I have seen in 4 years however these tests were done in the middle of a working day so it will be interesting to see what happens between 4pm > 11pm I will try and run a few speed tests however unfortunately I am very busy today.

Ok so apparently they fixed my utilisation issues back in Sep 2018 however they have now moved me from that CMTS and my issues have returned so it begs the question WHY?

I simply CANNOT get any kind of reply from virgin which is of no surprise so can anyone here please explain why Virgin would move a customer from CMTS SAND12 which I believe this property has been connected to since 2011 to CMTS SAND13 my connection since this change has been aweful and is most certainly suffering from utilisation AGAIN!!!

Could I perhaps get a reply to my previous pm? and could you also confirm that when I was moved from cmts SAND12 to cmts SAND13 that the over utilisation issue is now back?

So today 2nd April 2019 at approx 10:15am I lost all services no signal on TV and no internet, I have received no notification from Virgin regarding any possible maintenance and nobody on the phone seems to have any clue whats happening.

Is anyone else without service this morning?
