I have an issue with my Superhub 3 which seems to be linked to work that was done on Monday 13th in my area. I have a connection but I am getting very low speeds (I am on the M500 package) in comparison to what I was getting before the works.
After multiple phone calls I have got nowhere and even resulted in trying modem mode yesterday and using an ASUS RT-AX56U unit to see if that would change anything but no joy there.
I've tried resetting the connection and all the usual stuff. I'm an IT guy for work so I know enough to know when it's something I need to reach out about.
Here is my router log which I've noticed some odd 1970 dates in there:

So, I just thought I would give the pinhole reset another bash (which is probably the 10th time this week) and it seems to have kicked everything into gear and now I get to see what this ASUS router can do!
Thanks for taking the time to reply dude.

The date 1 January 1970 is know as the Unix Epoch.
Your log shows many MDD (Mac Domain Descriptor) messages which indicate a downstream link problem.

I also live in area 20 (Portchester in Portsmouth) I had engineering works carried out on the 27th of August and have had nothing but issues since on my connection.
3 engineer visits and a replacement hub still hasn’t sorted the issue for me.
I get millions of pre and post RCS errors, MMD timeouts and partial service loss errors constantly.
the guys on the forum are really helpful and have dealt with it by arranging visits but the engineers themselves don’t seem to be able to fix it, I have been told it’s an SNR issue on the upstream path causing it.
Here’s the link to my most recent forum post about this issue
