The past week i've been posting on here, Asked to provide graphs and stats from my router to then be told to ask for an engineer to come out and correct the issues. I have done all these things asked of me, The engineer came out and didn't even know what was wrong. His words was "I have done an mot on the line but thats all i can do they're is an issue in the area" I felt fobbed off, As the issues actually got worse and to my suprise after checking for issues in my area there was none! I have a feeling what the issue actually is, I live in a shared house. The house has a virgin connection downstairs, When i ordered my own connection for my room aka flat they said they would "PULL" another cable for my connection, They apprently did but when installation engineer arrived he said he didn't have time so he used the cable already pulled for the connection down stairs that already existed. I maybe but I have a feeling because i do not have my own line coming to this router its causing issues?
The past week the issues on my line has gotten steadily worse, Since upgrading to the M500 package i haven't reached that yet! The graphs shown below is a full history of the past week which shows the various issues in broadband quality.
