85 Mpbs on Vivid 350

Hi,

I have Vivid 350, but I am getting speeds of averaging 85Mpbs (sometimes a lot slower, a few times a bit faster). I have measured the speed in both wireless and wired (Cat5e), from Mobile, Laptop and Chromebook.

I was wondering if anyone can take a look at the Modem Stats and let me know if something looks out of place?

The Superhub is on Mode Mode.

Thanks in advanced

Re: 85 Mpbs on Vivid 350

There is certainly something wrong with the upstream channels as they have inconsistent modulation.

This needs fixing, and it will probably affect the downstream at the same time.  I'd report it as a fault.

Re: 85 Mpbs on Vivid 350

I contacted support, they ran some tests and "sent a signal" to my router, and my speed went up to 387Mbps! 🙂

thanks again!

Kind Regards
