Up and downstream are both fine 

No outages in the area

What I would like to do is get your details and arrange an engineer visit

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues again with the service. 

 

I have taken a look at the account and can see there are some downstream issues which will need a technician to correct. 

 

I note there is also a uptime issue. It has been 112 days since you last rebooted the hub. A frequent reboot will allow your connection to refresh and hop on to the least congested channel.
