second test 7.45pm (it was stuck on the upload, the 42.0 was from a previous moments earlier)

3rd BQM, bang on 6.30pm,as shown, it went down, it's almost like someone flicks a switch and down it goes.

 

We did have two very nice managers (Ian and Anthony) come today as they were in the area, they fully tested the network from the green box, just down our street to the house and inside and found no problems at all, they couldn't do enough to explain what they were testing etc, credit to virgin media, it could well be a possible network issue when more customers use your internet at certain times of day E.G. 6.30pm, needs escalating to the networks team perhaps.

BTW when Anthony had plugged the ethernet cables back into the hub and my 4 port network switch, then tested the hub thru the 4 port switch he said there was loopback connection and was only getting around 370mb, when they had left i unplugged the network switch as instructed to find he had accidently plugged TWO ethernet cables from the hub to the switch instead of one to the network switch and one to my NAS, easy mistake to make i guess.

I'm really sorry that the problems haven't been resolved yet, I have been looked into your account and can see that an SNR issue has been raised in your area with an estimated fix date and time of 6th April around 2pm under fault reference F008903471.
