Not getting close to 350 new set up in after house move,highest i get is 100 through ethernet when on wifi right next to hub only get 68 max also wifi constanly drops in and out. Any help. have reset everything several times.
It looks like a local circuit problem if you are getting only 100Mbps with a gigabit adapter and CAT 5E cable. Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.
Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.0.1 Don't log in, click the Router Status button Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.
Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address. It would be worth checking that you have be provisioned correctly in the operation configuration tab.
On the wireless side, the Samsung S8 is a MIMO wireless AC device, so should be capable of 350Mbps close to the Hub.
It would be wise to check the Hub's settings.. I would separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands by giving them different SSIDs in the Advanced Settings > Wireless > Security section of the Hub's GUI so you can explicitly connect to the 5GHz band to get the benefits of AC. I would also check the Hub is set to n\ac mode and the channel width is set to 20\40\80. It would be worth trying disabling the Hub's smart wifi.
However. I would get the wired side up to full speed before delving into the wireless side too deeply.
