26.8 mbps on a m350 package.

Just the last few days I’ve had an incredible drop in speed. I normally average around 350 if not more.
I understand that they may dial up or down depending on traffic, but I’m getting under 10%

upload is still great according to Ookla 36.7!

note: I’m in modem mode and have never ever had an issue previously. Power cycled hub and router.

wired or via wifi

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

downstream should have more channels - 24 from memory and theres a second page post that

power levels are ok - snr is too low on what you have posted

upstream levels are too high

do a reboot see it that helps - if not do a full reset - hold the button a good 30sec - then test and post all the levels again

Have been running speedtests for the last 10 mins

slowly seems to be creeping back up. 107, 127, 202..

you need VM to have a look - they will get to the thread is a day or so - upstream is too high [imo] theres noise on the downstream - they can check if its an area fault if not you need a tech to sort it

It's definitely inconsistent. Upload and Download speed vary hour on hour.

for the record:

  • Full reset of Hub
  • Modem mode disabled and re-enabled (speed was the same)
  • Speed is suboptimal on WiFi and Ethernet
