No, not really. I ran a diagnostic and it came back with the error message that there are a a few problems with my home network. How ever I have already removed every device one by one and that did nothing. Do you have tech support i can sign up with ?
The actual broadband connection is looking good and as you previously mentioned it may only be wireless difficulties. We have a guide that may help Getting the best WiFi Signal . We do have home device technical support available from Gadget rescue however it is not free.
