Normally I get very good speeds up to 200mb but the last couple of days I am only getting 20-30Mb on both ethernet direct to hub and wifi. Is it possible for an engineer to run a check?
Sorry about the slower speeds recently, this ins't what we like to hear.

Hi it’s picked up tonight to 100 but still short of the usual 180+
Slow times were daytime, seems to be faster at night.
i did reboot and diagnostic earlier in the week to no avail.
