I just joined virgin the other day and having issues with the 2.4ghz signal- download speed is between 0-15 only which is affecting a number of devices using this band.
5ghz is fine. Never had an issue with previous providers. And yes, I have done all the recommend reset, reboot, etc.
Any help appreciated as it’s so frustrating!

Do a WiFi survey of the 2.4ghz band. Could be overcrowded in your area?

Hey MsBB, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with the 2.4ghz WiFi band.
I have a taken a look on our side and I cannot see any issues at all, what type of devices are you connecting to it?
The way it works is the device should connect to the best frequency, are you manually connecting device to the 2.4gz band with?
