I am at my wit's end. I've tried contacting technical support on 150, I have tried speaking to a level 2 tech.

Also had an engineer out on 7th August to 'resolve' my slow and crappy speeds! To no avail.

The last engineer installed a signal booster from the incoming coax cable, powered by the mains. This has produced initial good results, but I'm now showing speeds on samknows under 100Mbps. During peak times, I get around 25-27Mbps, which is FAR slower then the minimum threshold I'm told, but still, no one at virgin media seems to agree I have a fault!

As you can see, Channel 3 has some serious Post-RS errors, which to me seems like there is some noise incoming from that frequency...Let me know your thoughts.
