1gb package but only 350mbs

I upgraded to 1gb broadband but only been getting 350mbs

I have reset the router for 60 seconds but luck

Please someone help?

Yup stats show you are still configured for 350 mbs.

Call VM on 0345-454-1111 and double check what's happening.

Also just to check you have tagged hub 4 but have you received one and has it been activated by calling 0800 953 9500?
