Just upgraded from M500 to the 1gig. Have the Hub 4. Best speed I get to around 515meg. I have tried the Sam Knows speed test. Its detects the Hub 4 then says "Your Samknows enabled device is off line", yest I'm still connected to the internet. Before I get the engineer out, is there anything to try. I've powered down the router, checked the coax is tight. All tests are from a laptop with 1gig Ethernet card connected direct to the hub 4. Router status in the next messages

Yes, there's your problem right there, you haven't been upgraded, you're still on the 500 Meg tier.

Finally got Sam knows to work and this is the result. Half the 1gig I'm suppose to get. Any ideas?

So I went to my virgin account, service status and is said no issues but ran the test anyway and it said there was an issue and sent a signal to my router. Now getting high 900's. Thanks for your help.
