Assume a 65% account credit is comigng for every day I get 350Mb considering I'm paying for 1Gb?

Sorry for the spam. I would consider upgrading to the Merlin FW if you're running the stock FW, much better and more customisation. A simple Google search will help you locate. I think posting links here is frowned upon.

Thanks all. Was already on 388.1 Merlin.

Reset SH5 to default/router mode. Speed tested both LAN & WAN and everything was full speed. Evidence pointed squarely at my RT-AX86U at that point. Changed SH5 back to modem mode. Backed up router settings. Reflashed 388.1 Merlin followed by a factory default. Reloaded my saved config and the speed dropped again. Curious.

Dirty flashed the recent Merlin 388.2 alpha and restested. Everything back to normal. Very odd that Merlin 388.1 **bleep** the bed randomly in the middle of use and wouldn't revert back. I had set up a new Wireguard VPN server so I can manage my NAS device on my LAN when not at home but doubtful that was the cause as that's been set back up and doesn't impact the speed at all. I only use it sporadically when out, anyway.

Never mind. It's all working as it should be, currently. Many thanks to everyone who took the time to contribute suggestions and advice to this thread. It is appreciated.

Cheers.

Hi Pantsu, thanks for the message and welcome back to the forums/

I am sorry to hear that there has been an issue with the hub and the connection.

I am happy to hear that you have been able to get things resolved.

Please let us know if anything changes?

Chris.
