just upgraded to 1gb Broadband and finding it to be much slower than expected

speeds fluctuate up and down and lucky to get 500-600 mb download

using a cabled connection

Hi moses2505, 

Thanks for coming back to me via private message with your information. 

Taking a look at the Hub, things are looking fine in terms of your power and signal levels. The area is also looking good with no issues showing there. 

Some of the tests we need to run are not completing as the hub is in modem mode. 

Please put it back in to normal mode so we can run some further checks to help. Make sure you post back here once the hub is in normal mode so we can run the checks needed.

Hub now back in router mode

They will not find anything wrong with the hub in router mode😑

There are only 2 options that i can see

Modem Mode and Router Mode, Hub is now in Router mode which i believe is the Normal default mode.
