speetest.net shows around 800-850 mbit/s

also when i am downloading files (Games for example) the speed will be decent for a bit (5-10 mins) then rapidly drop and stay very low. i am paying for a 1gbps line. 

currently running a think broadband test, and will post soon.

Are you using gigabit nic, SSD, download manager?

What is a gigabit nic? 
hard drive but the read and write speeds are around 200mbps, I have tried a download manager to see what other programs are being used bandwidth wise, but there’s not much issue there either. Even tried setting the program I am downloading games on to a high priority with no avail. 

my network card does support 1gbps
