I was upgraded 4 days ago and my download is maxing out at 450MB.
Checking the Hub4 Configuration tab it appears to have an M600 config file:
cmreg-vmdg640-bbt076-b.cm
What can I do to resolve this?

That is on a wired connection.

That’s not the speed information just the config file name. You need to look at the Primary Download Max Traffic Rate ( something like that). 1GB will be 12700000 or similar.

That sounds about right for 1GB. How are you testing? You need to use a know good Cat6a cable direct to the Hub.

Why Cat6a cable? Cat5e is rated up to 1000Mbps up to 100m
Samknows doesn't work in modem mode

Hi @cahonis,
Thank you for your posts. I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with your connection speeds.
Can you run a Speed Test on a wired connection and confirm what speeds you're currently receiving? You can find our Minimum Guaranteed Download Speeds detailed here.
Thanks,

Hi Zach,
I'm getting a maximum of 450m download, which is less than the guaranteed. Upload seems OK most of the time.

Hi cahonis,
Thanks for coming back to us on this.
Checking the systems at our end it looks as though the hub is having a long term issue with both the signal and power levels. We won't be able to fix this remotely so I would like to arrange for an engineer to come to take a look at this for you.
I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
Thanks,
